** Design Team Call **

We sadly said goodbye to two of our design team girls this month when their current terms came to an end. However, the good news is that we are looking for someone new to join our team and fortnightly challenges!

If you are interested in applying for the team, enjoy a challenge and of course using lots of gorgeous ribbons, laces, trim, etc., on your projects (as supplied by our Ribbon Reel shop), then check out the requirements below and send us your entry.

DESIGN TEAM REQUIREMENTS:

1. You will need to have a blog and actively post on it!
2. You must create at least one card or project every fortnight for our Monday fortnightly challenges!
3. You must be willing and able to work with the ribbon packs supplied by our shop, as well as the future possibility of sponsor supplied products, which may include items such as digital images and papers, stamps and templates.
4. You must be willing to comment on our fortnightly submissions. You will be assigned two numbers and you will be required to comment on submissions ending with these numbers over the fortnight.
5. You must be able to meet the fortnightly deadlines and submit projects in a timely manner, as well as having your blog post go live in conjunction with our challenges, linking back to The Ribbon Reel Blog and any of our sponsors, including The Ribbon Reel shop!
6. It is preferable if you speak fluent English.
7. You must be able to commit to a minimum six month term with the design team (with the option to extend).
8. You must be able to create and host challenges following a rota (currently every 10 weeks).

So...here's the challenge....

Create a card or project inspired by the photo above using
PINK, AQUA, CREAM or WHITE plus RIBBONS or LACE

The Design Team Call will run from 12:00am GMT, Tuesday 13th November through to 11.59pm GMT, Sunday 25th November. The new design team member(s) will be contacted on Monday 26th November and the blog announcement will be made w/c 26th November. The new design team member will begin their term on Monday 10th December!

Please read the details below on submitting your application:

1. Send an email attaching a photo of your completed card or project to me at mail@theribbonreel.co.uk.
2. Send your complete name, address, phone, email and blog addresses.
3. Include a short bio about yourself, including how long you have been crafting, what your favourite craft mediums are such as cards, layouts, altered art, what inspires you.
4. Send your resume and let us know of any current design team positions you hold, as well as any past design team ones. It is not a requirement to have been on a design team before.
5. Let us know why you'd like to be one of the Ribbon Reel girls!
